When you join the 1974 Society, you become part of an elite group of dedicated South Alabama alumni. Named for the year the USA National Alumni Association was founded, the 1974 Society provides ongoing support for the Alumni Association and its programs.

The MacQueen Alumni Center, or the MAC, serves as the permanent home for South’s 95,000 alumni. Located in the center of campus, the 15,000-square foot, state-of-the-art facility features the Chief Calvin W. McGhee Grand Ballroom, the McKinney Family Greek Plaza in honor of Sigma Chi Fraternity, a spacious lobby, a 30-seat boardroom, meeting rooms and administrative offices.
When you make your gift of $1,974 (payable over three years), your name will be recognized in a permanent display in the MacQueen Alumni Center. Whether you make a gift for yourself or in honor or memory of a loved one, don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of USA Alumni Association history.
